How to Install GTA 5 Tommy Vice City Mod
Follow these steps to get Tommy into your game safely:
- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode.
- Navigate to: mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks and paste the mod folder here.
- Go to: update.rpf > data > dlclist.rpf.
- Add the following line to dlclist.xml by Open in Edit Mode :
<Item>dlcpacks:\tv\</Item>
Controls:
- Press F8 to open the Simple Native Trainer.
- Go to Peds → Spawn model by model name.
- Enter the name: tommy_player.
